Hi I did review your concern,
AKT-4 is a treatment for tuberculosis and it is a multidrug therapy. The most important thing is to remain compliant with treatment for 6-9 months whatever is the stipulated time by doctor.
Also she might experience red urine which should not worry as it is due to rifampin metabolite. Also whenever she experience jaundice or skin rash consult a doctor.
Bendom is a good cotreatment as vitamin B6 is deficient in these patients due to izoniazid. LiV52 is optional.
I hope this helps
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns and I will try to help you with best of my abilities.
Wish you all the best
sincerely,
Dr Parth Desai
