What Is The Treatment For A 8 Year Old With ADHD?

hello my child has been diagnosed with autism/adhd he is 8 and his ranges have been escalating we have him on 15mg of amphetamine/dextoampetamine (morning) and 25mg of quetiapine (night)but do not want to put him on any other narcotics because we don't want it to lead to ticks.School is a big concern he has missed alot due to rages at school and being sent home. His behavior has affected my attitude (stressed out) and my kids as well as my husband. I am just so frustrated as to what to do for my son and the rest of my family sake.
Thank you so much your help will be greatly appreciated.

Pediatrician 's  Response
In my opinion the rages and the disruptive behaviour an autistic child responds well to risperidone or arpiprazol. Both these drugs are FDA approved drugs for autism. You may also get his behavioural analysis done to see what are the antecedents of his rage outbursts and what is maintaining his this behaviour. Sensory integration therapy may also help him.
