What Is The Treatment For Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma In Ayurveda?
Hello, I was diagnosed with adenoid cystic carcinoma in the left axcilla in March 2011. I went through seven weeks of chemo and radiation treatments. Although the cancer did not vanish it did shrink in size. Surgery is not possible because of proximity of the cancer to the brachial plexus. Is there ayurvedic treatment for dealing with this type of cancer.
** 1. Since at present surgery is not advisable by the doctor and tumor has shrink in size, one can acknowledge: . remain under constant supervision of your attending doctor [Onco surgeon], to prevent metastasis of cancer. [since adenoid cystic carcinoma is a malignant tumor, that metastasizes]. . Management is based on disease severity, the degree of symptoms, and presence or absence of complications, determined by the diagnostic evaluation [so be under regular supervision]. . Ayurvedic preparations [Rasayana] can act as an adjuvant or a co-therapy along with chemotherapy or radiotherapy. PS. daily use of amalaki which contains vitamin C and foof containing vitamin E helps retard the formation of cancer
