What Is The Treatment For Anxiety And Shortness Of Breath?
Hi, I lost my job a little over 2 weeks ago. After that I have been having anxiety attacks which last prob about 5mins. Lately I have been having my heart beat hard and random pains everywhere. Sometimes shortness of breath do you know what this might be? or is it just anxiety still

I think, you have panic attack. In that case, you need continuous treatment with antidepressant with low dose of benzodiazepine.
