hey, for the last 4 days i have that fear when i go to bed that i might wont sleep and get me anxious so i ended up not sleeping enough...all this started one night that i couldnt sleep cause i was feeling really hot and, got really sweating at the end and afraid to sleep since then.Please help me.Is there any way i can treat this anxiety and fear of sleeping without getting any medication if possible?
