What Is The Treatment For Arthritis?
I live in Thailand and have bad pain from arthritis in my spine. A doctor gave me a simple injection in the buttocks which helped for a few days. I asked if it was cortisone, and he said no, but didn't tell me what it was. Should I assume it was just lidocaine or similar?

no. it was inj. diclofenac to reduce pain. you should start with NSAIDS( Aceclofenac and Paracetamol). avoid forward bending and heavy weight lifting
