What Is The Treatment For Back Pain Due To Disc Problem?

Hi I have not felt well for the last 2 yrs. I have back pain due to disc problems, I suffer night sweats, I have arthritis in my neck. Recently my knees are swollen and painful as are my fingers and other joints, the last few days I have had pain in my left temple and tingling its pulsing and quite sore to touch. I also have had an upset stomach for some time which is often painful and bloated. My legs shake and jerk and sometimes my arms too? Please could you advise on what may be going on.
