What Is The Treatment For Black Cataract And Migraine?

Dear sir,
my sister is loosing eyesight regularly. She has 9 + 3(cylinderical) on one eye while the vision of other eye is poor. She is 36 yr old. She also feel pain in her head . She was checked at PGIMR CHd but no result please suggest me wht to do. Doctor 1st suggest black cataract however later she was diagnosed with migraine. Kindly suggest me what to do.

generally myopia progresses with body growth and stabilizes after 25. your history is not clear about her problem. black cataract can be morganian cataract or glaucoma. first it should be diagnosed then treatment can be advised. for migraine if it is diagnosed, then then start taking migrainil tablet to be increased unto m6tablet till free from symptoms.
