Hello Since you are having cough with difficult breathing 15 days and twice in a year ( from how many years ? you didn t mention). As such type of cough may be due to some sort of allergy by allergens ,these are mite , dust , fine dusting powder , smoking or smokes , hay , cotton fiber , sudden increase or decrease in temperature . As these are predisposing factor of allergy because these allergens develops bronchoconstriction ,hence there develop cough ( forceful cough , so pressure increase in abdomen hence dribble of urine) . This type of cough is due to asthmatic allergic bronchitis . When such type of patient visit to me in my clinic I usually prescribe them MONTELEUKAST+ BAMBUTEROL ( combo pack ) tablet once or twice in day depending upon the severity of symptoms . I also advise them to take codeine+ chlorampheniramine maleate syrup whenever require ( as this is a habit forming drug so please use only in emergency ).
