General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the fluttering may be due to the indigestion, due to the hyper acidity, or the lack of enzymes, or intolarance to some foods like wheat, and milk.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, antacid gel, lactic acid bacilli, and enzyme preparations.
Ask to avoid the wheat, barley, and milk and milk products.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
