What Is The Treatment For Cysts In Abdomen, Fatigue, Nausea, Back Pain, And Increased Dizziness?

Hi my symptoms are hard like cysts in abdomen lower and upper, severe fatigue, nausea, back pain, increased dizziness. I am 28 I also have 3 kids recently had a back injury forcing my pelvis to shift my therapist felt swelling in my right lower abdominal area saying my server pain could be also coming from a swollen appendix/ovary. I have a IUD going on a 1 year now, took a pregnancy test it was negative.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the abdomen swelling creating the doubt of swelling of appendix then clinical examination and investigation are the option to rule this out, but it may not be the thing that you are doubting but it could be colicky abdomen pain, flatus formation, over all symptoms may be indicative of infection it is advisable to try Tab Levofloxacin 500 mg twice in day for three days, Tab Dicyclomine three times in day, these is the treatment can be tried on tentative basis hope this information helps.
