What Is The Treatment For Deviated Septum Problems?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with Diverted septum, and when I made the recommended X-Rays, the ENT found that my left nasal passage is 100% closed, I have been suffering from this since 15 years but I didn't expect that it will get worse as days go on.Lately I or lets say for 2 years I feel de-energized,lazy,not feeling fresh in the morning, always want to sleep, getting tired even if I only cleaned my room, feeling strong headaches most of the time, and heart palpitaions...my question is ...If I will go on for this surgery ,will these symptoms dissapear??I mean are these symptoms related to diverted septum...??
