What Is The Treatment For Diabetes, Severe Headache And Poor Vision?

I am Rajesh, diabetic (Heredity) guy having age 42 Yrs. my sugar level is ranging between 160 to 230. I am taking daily medicine Trigulucoride Forte & Volibo 0.2 tablet daily before lunch and dinner. I am filling little beet weakness, laziness and some time severe headache left/right & back side, diistance eye side problems etc.

What are precautions and major suggestion to live healthy.

Dear Rajesh,
You are on pretty good dose of medicines.
Tips for you
1. Take medicines on time as prescribed
2. check blood sugars regularly. Do not do Random blood sugars, do Fasting and postprandial
3. Check HbA1c once in 3 months.
4.exercise daily for 30mins.
5. do not take sugars in any form
6. check your kidney function and lipid profile once in 6 months.
7. do a cardiac and eye assesment once in a year.
8. take care of your feet like you take care of your face, always wear protective footwear. attend to any wounds or abrasions immediately.
9. keep in touch with a diabetologist for dose adjustments
10.Get back to HCM with all your queries
