What Is The Treatment For Dull Pain In The Right Side Of The Back?

i have an ache in my right side where i think my kidneys are. i had a blood test a 2months ago that showed that my liver level was 80 on one of the tests and that it could be gallstones. now i am gettin dull uncomfortable aches in my right side at the back. does this mean i will die?
