What Is The Treatment For Ear Ache?

Hi,
My ears popped while riding a train though a tunnel yesterday and from then on they kept popping and my hearing in that ear has had an echo, but dulled. Today it is more noticeable, and i have a slightly swollen spot on my neck under the jaw which feels sensitive to pressure. I have taken paracetamol based flu remedy which has not affected the echo. Should I see a doctor or wait and see?
Thanks :)

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello

i think your eustachian tube ( normal tube between your ear and nose ) may have become blocked , resulting in fluid collection in the ear , causing the echo .
please take steam inhalation 2-3 times a day , and if you are not better , meet your ent doctor , he will examine you and guide you further.

Thanks
