What Is The Treatment For Early Morning Headache, Giddiness With General Tiredness And Constant Hunger? Have Acidity
Hi Doctor,
Since a week I have been suffering with Headache and a bit of giddiness in the early mornings. Also feeling like my tummy is full always but feeling hungry however acidity is there, experiencing general tiredness in the body. Yesterday my BP checked it was 140/100. Kindly suggest for further action.

Your symptoms are all suggestive of acid reflex disease, I would advise you to have proton pump inhibitor and the best drug is "Omeprazole 40 mg once in day along with "Domperodon" once in day for six week avoid taking heavy food prior to bed, no smoking alcohol, it will go away soon have nice day.
