What Is The Treatment For Epigastric Pain?

recently i came to know i have hepatospleenomegaly liver size is15cm,spleen size is 12.3 cm .my age24yrs ,female,weight is 64.5 ,my height is 5.3, so what type of food i have to take and is treatment is reqired or not ,complaints of epi gastric pain ,midle portion of the abdomen

your case is different.in general practice we further evaluate the cause of liver enlargement and splenomegaly,as its not at all normal...
due to big live liver and spleen this organs might have compressing your stomach a little bit..whic leads to egigastric pain.use ant acids like omeprazole 20 mg to relieve the symptoms..
And yes you have to further evaluate liver enzymes ,liver function test, and need of ct abdomen to know the cause of large livver
And most importantly splenomegaly is NOT normal you have to go right away to the physician. we evaluate the total blood count, and again sonography ,there are many reasons for splenomegaly you should go for further treatment definetly if u ask me
