What Is The Treatment For Fever And Diarrhea?
my son has had diarrea for week now. 2 days ago he did run a fever of 103.3, but since then he has just had the diarrea. last night he did throw up. then he threw up again this monning and again tonight. He has a horrible red bottom now. should i bring him to get checked out?

there are possibilities of stomach infection and the fever can be due to infection
you can use course of metronidazole to clear the infection it will clear infection and fever
use antacids tds as there might be small ulceration lesions in mucosa of gi tract due to prolonged symptoms
use plenty of fluids
non oily on greasy non fatty food for some days
antipyretic sos for fever
