I see flashing light or shooting stars like things normally in the dark way on the right eye. I also have dried blood on my left eye for about a year now. That appears as a flooating small figure. I did see a Dr about the floater and he said it would go away and never did.
Hello It seems from the history that you are having floaters. Floaters are because of opacities in the posterior segment of the eye in the vitreous. They usually won't disappear but most of them are benign and will not cause any problem, hence no treatment is required. However people with sudden increase in floaters or with floaters associated with flashes of light require evaluation by a ophthalmologist to rule out retinal diseases like retinal tear.
Thank you
