What Is The Treatment For Gilbert's Syndrome?

Dear sir, l am 26 year old male, apparently fine, but having gilberts syndrome. my total cholesterol level is 220mg/dl, HDL and LDL are within normal range, but triglyceride level is elevated, ie, 195mg/dl. l take a healthy low fatty food, but why the triglyceride level is high? what are precautions to be taken?

Gilbert's syndrome doesn't require treatment.
Choose a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables. Avoid extremely low-calorie diets. Stick to a routine eating schedule and avoid fasting or skipping meals.
Exercise and yoga to reduce the stress.
For elveted triglycerides try low fat diet, avoid junk food, eat fish, fruits and vegetables.
