What Is The Treatment For Headache?

I went to Urgent Care yesterday and I was given a shot due the severe headaches. They gave me a shot on my hip called Donnattal I think this is the way you spell it. I didn't write it down I was taking Ibuprofen 800MG and they said this shot will help with the headache.

Hi, There are many headaches and remedies. What works for one person may not work for another. Lifestyle changes that help control stress and regular exercise an important part of headache treatment and prevention. Avoiding situations that trigger your headaches is also vital.
