ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,
Looks like you have upper respiratory tract infection.
You can take any decongestant nose drops like otrivin to unclog your nose as well as ventialte your sinuses.
Instill 3 drops of otrivin in each nostril 3 times daily for 5 days and follow it up with steam inhalation.
You may also require an antibiotuc so please see a doctor for the prescription.
You can take any over the counter pain killer after confirming the dosage.
Do some salt water gargling 4 times daily for the sore throat.
Avoid cold foods and airconditioning.
Regards,
Dr Kishori.
