What Is The Treatment For Influenza?

I am getting over a bad case of flu. Have bad cough still have a feeling of pop rocks in throat after a prolonged coughing episode. Will this reolve on own or should I go and see Dr. Again. I was not on any rx for this illness. Do I need an antibiotic?

As you are having cough and other constitutional symptoms which are in favor of flu like symptoms. Most of the flu are self limiting snd it will resolve by itself.

If the symptoms are not improving I would suggest you to follow
1. Drink hot water
2. Salt water gargling
3. NSAIDs like Ibuprofen
4. Oral antibiotics like Tab Bactoclav.
5. oral antihistamine.
