What Is The Treatment For Itching And Tearing Of Foreskin Of Penis?

hi, im constantly having problems with my foreskin, its been weeks that the tip of my skin is always itchy and torn, i have not had sex in days as this will allow for it to be worse, i have noticed that recently the itch is now more than before, note that i am diabetic, as well i am unable to pull down the foreskin at times its its painful and tears more,look forward to your reply

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you haveitching of foreskin since many days.

This is mostly due to fungal infection of the genitals (Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis ) which is very common in person with uncontrolled diabetes.

Please check your blood sugar levels and consult your physician to monitor your diabetes with appropriate medications.

Take anti fungal medication like Fluconazole and topical anti fungal jelly for local application twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
