What Is The Treatment For Itchy Scrotum Near Anal Area?
Underneath my balls and on my scrotum and anal area has been an irresistible itch for a while, the itch seems to get worst at random times but is itchy 24/7, ive just used e45 cream for the first time tonight, so going to see if it works that while its on now, it is sttll incredibly itchy ?

It seems that you might be having some local infection like dermatitis or fungal.
There might be possibility of having worm infestation giving rise severe itching.
Apply triple acting cream.Take Cetrizine or Benadryl medicine for itching to get symptomatic relief from itching.
Keep local hygiene proper.
