I'm a teacher and I've had laryngitis since Friday. I still have absolutely no voice and am communicating with my husband via notepad. Also, I'm pregnant. Should I go into the doctor tomorrow to make sure it's nothing more than laryngitis (because I'm pregnant and don't want to take any chances)? Also, should I take the day off work tomorrow to rest my voice if it hasn't come back yet? I know if I go into work I'll have to talk the best I can...and it hurts to talk.
