What Is The Treatment For Leg Ulcers After The Industrial Accident?
Greetings, I have an ongoing issue with a leg ulcer. It started years ago with an industrial accident at my current workplace. The original wound site healed up but required extra wound care treatment. The site opened up last year but was treated and healed closed. I ve had venous closure outpatient treatment. So far they ve closed 1 large vein and 10 smaller veins. Due to my employer being a large corporation, the usual chain of events are: being sent to Occupational Health service = 1 week, they refer me to a Dermatologist = 2 weeks, who refers me to the Wound Care center = 2 weeks before it begins to get treatment. I m trying to shorten the time required to be seen by the Wound Care center. What do you need from me? I can have pictures of the current wound state taken tomorrow by a friend (I don t own a cell phone). Thanks in advance. Bob Cruse
