What Is The Treatment For Lumber Pain And Nausea?

Hi,

My husbands age is 28 Yrs. He was found to have jaundice in 2005 with serum Total bilirubine was 3.6 mg (Direct 0.2 ) at that time in USG of abdomen there was mild enlargement & mild spleen enlargement. Other hematological report platelet were 53000 . bone marrow was normal urine normal.

now since 3 months he is having pain in right lumbar region. now bilirubine is Total : 6.18 Direct 4.8. Now he is symptoms like indigestion, intermittent nausea yellowish eyes, no pain in abdomen, no fever, no bleeding. habit: Non alcoholic, non smoker.

kindly suggest the treatment & prognoses.
