What Is The Treatment For Mediastinal Lymphadenitis With Swelling Of Legs?

Recently I diagnosed with mediastinal lymphadenitis with non-specific inflamation. The treatment advice I got from the pulmonologist who did the bronchosopy biopsy is to watch it. I am scheduled for a CT scan in mid June. Do you have any suggestions? I am 71, 5'0" tall and weigh 159 with recent swollen legs and feet. In April my gallbladder was removed because of gallstones. I have had elevated SED and CRP rates for the past year with no success in identifying why. This mediastinal diagnosis came two weeks after the gallbladder removal and the symptoms included fever, pain and aching in stomach/chest. An ekg and echocardiogram confirmed no heart involvement. I was admitted to the hospital from the ER.
