What Is The Treatment For Meningioma In The Frontal Lobe Of My Brain?

I have a meningioma in the frontal lobe of my brain. Recently I been dizzy, have headaches, ravenous but can t seem to eat much, nauseous, I had an MRI today because my doctor is concerned that the tumor may be growing. I have had the tumor for several years now. My last MRI done in 2011 showed no increase in size. I am concerned.
