What Is The Treatment For Ovarian Cysts?

Hi, I have had ovarian cysts for about a year now. My doctor has told me to take birth control pills for a short while. I will do after this one is gone. My question is. This time I didn t go to have an ultrasound so my doctor sees the size and dosage of primolut-n so it forces my cyst to leave and finally get my period. Is 5mg 4 times a day for 3 days enough? Thank you.
