What Is The Treatment For Pain Abdomen, loose Stools, anxiety And Difficulty In Sleeping?

My boyfriend is now taking methadose as opposed to the original methadone, his dosage has been increased by his physician to the old equivalent of 30mg/ml, however, he is now exhibiting extreme issues with sleep and extremely loose stools. His anxiety level has also increased. Is this something to be concerned about? His next appointment with his physician is not for another 2 days. Should he see the doctor sooner? His stools have been loose and he feels as though he has an extreme pain in his intestines. Please assist. Thank you and have a good day!

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be intestine infection and in my opinion the stool should be examined, some functional elements might be playing the role too, I would advise to keep the stress level low, and no need to worry about this, try to get good sleep, take care and have a nice day.
