I have ankylosing spondylitis. I have been off work for six weeks with a major flare that felt like two or three vertebrae were not aligned, excruciating tearing ripping pain at thoracic lumbar region and spasms and needed assist to even walk. also have bruises on several vertebrae that seem to co incide with onset.
