What Is The Treatment For Pimple Marks?

i have post pimple marks on my face.i have used many creams but no result.i have been treated with chemical peels when i visited a dermatologists.i had a good result.marks on forehead has been removed completely.but on cheeks returned.i need a suggestion plz.

Post acne marks can be just post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation Or they could be acne scars.

For post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, you could use a topical skin lightening agent e.g kojic acid or hydroquinone or azaleic acid.

However, post acne scars are most commonly managed by some surgical means like either chemical peeling, dermabrasion, Fractional CO2 Laser, Microneedling/dermaroller etc.
