What Is The Treatment For Polys And Bicornuate Uterus?

Hello I am a 42 year old with uterine bleeding for 3 weeks out of 4. When having IVF for my second child I had uterine polyps diagnosed via hysteroscopy. These were removed along with 6 months of Zoladex and a subsequent sucessful IVF cycle. At this time I was told it was very likely the polyps would return, I suffered with similar symptoms to what I am experiencing now with bleeding. I was referred a year ago to Gynae consult and bleeding said to be hormonal related and the ocp prescribed. I stressed at this time that polyps may be back but after having a tv scan and endometrial biopsy a hysteroscopy was not offered. I have been back to Gp today a year later and again said re polyps and I have been given the OCP to try again as had headache on one prescribed previously. Getting exasperated as no-one seems to acknowledge the possible reoccurance of the polyps or make any attemp to refer me for a hysteroscopy which I think is needed! I am somewhat reluctant to start hormonal treatment if polyps are present. I also have a bicornuate uterus which makes my treatment options very limited.
