What Is The Treatment For Scanty Menstrual Flow?

Hi ,
Regarding Scanty menstrual flow : I am 24 years aged Girl . When my periods was started at age 13 it was lasting for 5 days and more but It has gradually decreased and now lasts for only 2 days . This is form last 5 years and is quite regular . Please suggest if this is ok ??

TWO DAYS of normal menstrual flow is enough to said that everything is normal.
