Good evening...i have had sciatica for 6 years now. Started from an accident in which i was rearended and i was drivinf from the passenger side so both my legs were sprad apart. i have pelvis pain for a few weeks to a month which go tbetter, but then i began to have sciatic and hip pain. it got better but never compltely went away. when it came back bad it has stayed moderate to bad to unbearable for about 3 years now. I do not have any herniated lumbar disks. I currently woke up today with both buttocks hurting rather than the primary right sideed pain. My kidney area in my back is sore (but that comes as goes and is norm with this for these years) Both thighs are effected, right side is in the back, left side in the front. My pelis had just started getting sore again, but that hasn;t been happening much since my accident. Right calf is sore. I sometimes feel alittle numb in my feet but not a constant thing. I do feel like i am walking on a pole with my right foot lately, but niether ankles hurt too much. It is a burnng, nagging sharp shooting pain with goose bumps from time to time...Any advice or knowlege of progressive warning signs to look for would be greatly appreciated, only because it seems to be getting worse as of today, seeing its never been a constant bottock pain on both sides before.....
