ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , Your clinical history is suggestive acute sinusitis.
Start Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal drop ,Plenty of fluids , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast , Antibiotic azithromycin for 10 days.
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
Hope above information helpful to you.
