What Is The Treatment For Swollen Cheeks And White Patches On Cheeks?

My step daughter woke up this morning with both of her cheeks swollen and red with distinctive white patch in the middle (almost looks like something hit her), was brought to the ER and they checked her and have no idea what it is, they advised that if she starts a fever to bring her back they determinated it s not slap cheek syndrome, and was prescribed hycrocodone to put on her cheeks, problem with this cream is that she is black and last time it was used for eczema it spotted and removed coloring from her skin. any ideas? it looks terrible

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the allergic reaction to some thing like foods, clothes, wool, cosmetics, soap etc. It may be the symptom if upcoming fever.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, montelekast, and triamcinolone40mg.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
