I am a 60yr old male with some arthritis in my left knee and a total knee replacement in my right from not knowing when to stop playing basketball. I have migraines that have been tied back to my time in the military. I am 6ft.6in. and currently weigh 270lbs. I want to lose the extra 20lbs that I have put on since hurting my left knee(yes,playing basketball) plus another 20. I am considering taking Oxyelite. Suggestions?
