What Is The Treatment For The Infected Sebaceous Cyst?

My 14 year old daughter had an infected sebaceous cyst in her underarm. Me and older daughter have AS & fibromyalgia so my nurse said younger daughter could have some autoimmune condition called "picos." I dont know how it's spelled.Canyou tell me what picos is?
