What Is The Treatment For The Sore Throat, Headaches And Stuffy Nose?

I ve always had issues with my sinuses(drainage causing sore throat, congested head) No big deal. But this time I started off with a cough followed by the typical sore throat and headache and stuffy nose. It s been like this for about a week and my throat is no longer sore, but my nose is so stopped up it s still hard to breathe and I m also getting this very distinct smell in my nose. It doesn t smell like anything foul but I definitely don t like it. Especially considering I ve only smelled it one other time in my life. And it was a few years ago with the same sinus infection. Anything you can tell me about why I m getting this smell or if I should go to the doctor
