Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Ayman Darrag's Response
Hi,
I recommend doing an x-ray as you may have broken or fissured your bones if there is any swelling or discoloration. Otherwise, it could be a torn ligament which also needs care by your doctor, not a home treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Ayman Darrag, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
