What Is The Treatment For Throat Abscess?

i am having throat swelling and did FNAC test, it shows abscess and did small procedure and removed it. Again it came. Again did FNAC and this time i got result as "Features are suggestive of necrotising granulomatous lymphadentis possibly of tuberculous orgin. Stain for AFB negative. Could you help me

The peritonsillar abscess or in the throat region, if it is daignosed as necrotising granulomatous lymphadenitis, then you need to consult a specialist in infectious diseases and get it treated with antitubercular drugs. But you need get some investigations to confirm the diagnosis. You can get a montaux test and biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, then we can treat accordingly.
