What Is The Treatment For Tinnitus, rhinitis, sinus Infection And Occasional Vertigo?

I normally have tinnitus, rhinitis and occasional vertigo. At present I have sinus infection, I believe, and also occasional vertigo - all on the left side. Wondering if these symptoms that I live with are just caused by ordinary cold symptoms or allergies and wondering how to treat this. I ordinarily try to do steaming, gargling - natural stuff, but have taken a sinex to ease symptoms. Do I just wait this out or should I call doctor. Worried as I haven't experienced this much dizziness before.

For recurrent sinus infection you can take some antibiotic like moxikind-cv or augmentin along with avil or montek-lc for congestion and chest discomfort. Take steam inhalation regularly with syrup grilinctus or tusQ-d for allergic cough. If still infection is persistent you can take steroids as suggested by your doctor. For vertigo you can take tab vertin three times daily.
