What Is The Treatment For Urticaria?

My wife aged 36 years suffering from urticaria since 7 months and taken anti worm ,hetrazan,levocetrizen etc but no complete cure.Now we did recent H pylori IgG 100 (reference value 0.0-20) ,H pylori IgM41.4(0.0-40) and IgE 53.9 (1.5-378).Please guide the treatment!
