what is the cause and treatment of urticaria in first trimester of pregnacy ? patient was taking injection gestone and cap susten before occurrence of this urticaria and her urine examination is showing 10 to 12 pus cells without urinary symptoms. what to do ?

Generally, antihistamines are considered to be safe in pregnancy. You may take a drug like loratadine, desloratadine or cetirizine. These drugs have less side effects (drowsiness) than the first generation like clorpheniramine and are available without prescription.
During pregnancy, the number of pus cells tends to increase in urine, and in some instances, there exists a urinary tract infection without symptoms (asymptomatic). In my own opinion I would suggest you discuss the usefulness of doing a urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity test with your attending physician to verify if there is a urinary tract infection
