Respected Sir, hi there is no role of maggot therapy on varicose veins. for her* intermittent rest with legs elevation over 2-3 pillows*walking with compression bandages on legs*normal exercises at home * avoid excess prolonged sitting with cross legs and prolong standing at a place * regular BP control.* analgesic and antiinflammatory tab in case of severe pain.* surgery at last resort if these all fail to help.Hope this has cleared your query. thanks regards, wishing your mother inlaw a fastand speedy recovery.
