Generally feel unwell - though symptoms largely not specific as vary over time. Lat week had pain in left side of lower abdomen, today have nausea. Feel as though am constantly running a slight temperature and suffer with periods of hot sweats - both at night and during the day. Am well past the menopause at 63. Constant feeling of tiredness.
