Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to thyroid hormone imbalance or any other metabolic disorders (vitamin deficiency, electrolyte imbalance, etc.). An inflammatory disorder or a chronic infection can not be excluded either.
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some tests:
- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count for anemia
- PCR and sedimentation rate for inflammation
- an abdominal ultrasound
- thyroid hormone levels
- HbA1C (considering the fact that you are diabetic)
- blood electrolytes.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
