What Is The Treatment To Increase Breast Milk?
My baby is 10 days old.I've choosen breast feeding for him.But after every feeding i hv to give him extra top up.I want to know is there any food to increase breast milk?Somebody told me not to eat spaicy diet and meat specialy cow?Is it harmful to breast milk?
